One of the best leadership & engineering teams ever put together, bar none, going after a massive total addressable market that is incredibly ripe for disruption.

Pretty cool product but toxic sales org starting at the top with all the leaders. Not very diverse and leaders are picking & choosing which deals to go after. Impossible to push a deal forward unless it fits the Observe sales process. Reps have been tapped on the shoulder and handed opportunities while a big group grinds non-stop without much success.
