My Overall experience was good. Pay was not the most competitive and in person model was not modern. Great Established company however, with good sales systems, incentives, and inclusion.

The in-home sales program started really well. However, as the years have gone on, it has become harder and harder to meet and exceed quota.

Overall a great company, coming into and out of Covid people lost their minds. Too much politics and pointless HR agendas. They lost their culture with the high turnover and departure of critical leaders in the company.
