Hard to come up with a word outside of absurd. You have a 6-minute window to clock in, you can work 8 hours but still still be considered late at 8:07. Pay is absolute crap. They care more about the shoes you wear vs. removing road blocks to sell. No OT which is fine, but you can't make up hours either because you ABSOLUTELY can't work past 5.
