I last worked here in 2023. Post Covid, Hone was a great place to be. Companies were in need of shifting their professional development model to an asynchronous model, and Hone was very well positioned. Performed well, and company did well in 2021 & 2022. Since then, the company has probably seen the best of its times, and while still in operation, have heard its been difficult selling to budget-conscious HR buyers. In alignment with much of the space.

Hone is led by some incredible people but being in a difficult market makes it tough to sell in Mid-Market and enterprise. Sales cycles are difficult and long, but you are supported by people who truly believe in teamwork. Pay is STRONG for the type of company Hone is
