Overall a really good experience, great sales support team particularly the solutions engineers. Lead flow is more limited and shifting towards focused outbound motions. The well known brand name and product was always helpful too.

Leadership scrambling to figure out a strategy to save a diminishing value prop in the age of automation and AI. No long term investment - focused on short term revenue targets Sales is elevated as priority and it's possible to make good money but the company as a whole is going in the wrong direction.

Hootsuite was a decent place to work however there were major competitive and product issues and the leadership changing around all the time didn't help things. Ultimately a good experience but this is not a true Enterprise sales culture or environment. Great place to cut your teeth and learn but don't stay too long if you want to keep moving up and making more...Read More
