Overall a good experience, solid compensation but mostly unrealistic quotas set. People are nice - product is decent (can def be better).

Really good - there are problems with UK sales leadership though. The culture can be toxic, the managers are really good but from above them there seems to be a gap in leadership. There is a culture of firing and scapegoating

Hootsuite over-hired in 2021 and early 2022 and had to layoff almost 50% of its sales teams. Good opportunity to learn and a stepping stone in Canadian tech.
