Not a great environment. The company spends a lot of time paying lip service to things like DEI--but in actuality is one of the least diverse places I've ever worked. The "Sales Enablement" department became a running joke, as its sole purpose seemed to be to create blockers by adding layers of process to otherwise healthy opportunities. Unsurprisingly, I gather the company has recently lost some talent.

Sellers were expected to generate their own leads and be grateful for anything else that came in. Minimal effort from org to adopt tools to generate leads. Spent considerable amounts of $ on events with little to no actionable leads generated from them. Achievements were entirely of my own doing.
