Great people, but leadership can't stick to a plan. They switch our comp structure and software packages practically every month. They pinch pennies by slashing commissions, taking away outreach tools, and paying AEs well below average. There are no stock options for new hires or 401K matching. Most senior AEs and managers are just hanging around waiting for the IPO.

Loved my coworkers but other than that it was terrible experience. They overtired and then put the entire sales department on performance plans. Then they required us to sign forms agreeing to lower compensation than what we were hired for. It was awful. Almost everyone quit after that.
