They are in the process of expanding the Enterprise team by 200%+ and there are not enough leads to support the expansion. They also recently decoupled SDR's with AE's so there is no collaboration to book meetings; you're on your own. Great culture, but very slow growth and quick ramp considering the deal cycle is 12 months.

Nothing else to add. Great company, benefits and people. Depending on your territory, inbound lead flow can be weak.

Great people work here but there are constant changes, sometimes occurring weekly within processes. Only 4 reps across the org made quota last year and because of this, they kept quota the same but reduced commission to a weighted plan, which means most people are now earning less. The good thing is that the base salaries are pretty generous.
