Nightmare culture and toxic management. There are tons of hold outs in your territory and they want to see you struggle before they give you anything. Managers are unprofessional and some reps drink out of control. No support and horrible training.

Lots of income opportunity, but the top down pressure is too much. Feels like your job is always on the line. Realistic quotas would help a lot with achieving business goals instead of writing bad business
