Former Employee Toxic environment. They pay partnerships for leads. Just buying their way into the market, which isn’t sustainable. They bring in sales reps from the HCM industry and hire them long enough for them to get their network referring to Human Interest. Then swap them out. 60% plus of sales reps hit “presidents club” which isn’t a real president’s club. I imagine there is a strategy in setting such low expectations for P club since they’re looking to go public. They will be trying to tie the health/evaluation “rabbit growth“ Browse Other Reviews
