Lead quality is not even disbursed among reps. Long established reps have grandfathered relationships allowing them to cherry pick the warmest and beat leads. Most leads are ice cold, despite the business model being solely based on referrals. Think "I scraped the bottom of my CRM for lost opps from 3 years ago. Call these people."
