The timbre and culture of the organization have shifted significantly over the last half decade. The acquisition by APAX increased the speed of those changes in all directions. Wonderful product, great people, but the transfiguration from a high-growth company to a mature-stable growth company has been disfiguring to what IANS was.

Once they were acquired by a PE firm the culture went down the drain rapidly. Extreme micromanaging with rapidly changing objectives and goals. What used to be a hidden gem has lost sight of what made it good place to work.
