I was here for over 20 years, at time it was an awesome place to be with everyone focused on success and management had a clear vision of where they were going. At other times it sucked, terrible infighting, cut throat and management tried to grow through cost reduction (never worked).

Job as decent and paid well for me because i was only 2 years out of college. Not a lot of leads are coming in for IBM cloud products. Training is pretty good but you have to go and seek help and learn on your own.
