Anything above branch level is horrible. There’s zero support above a branch level. Every meeting is about how you can make life easier for those at corporate. You are expendable, there will always be a target on your back, they don’t care about high turnover. Sales reps are disposable to them. Branch managers are as well. It’s a poorly run company from the top. If you have an issue, they just fire you and find someone else. So you can’t talk to upper management about anything.

Good product, but the compensation structure is terrible. Commissions often go unpaid due to internal errors, and they even tried to cut commissions to less than 2%, which is unheard of.
