Current Employee Regus/IWG gets a lot of leads and walk-ins from the prestigious buildings they lease suites in, and the large market share since WeWork's downfall. The difficulty in selling is mostly post-sale, the customer is auto-opted into many amenities and auto-renewals, but the Sales Manager doesn't have to handle this.
