It's a mess, a company in transition, poor communication means people take decisions which affect other people, without letting them know. Customers seem to be an afterthought, unless they're churning or paying more for something new. Potential for the future could be good but feels a long, long way off and unsure if HQ is capable of getting the org there.

The sales culture has changed dramatically over a very short period of time. It has gone from a dynamic, happy and supportive culture where it was acknowledged that there will be down times as much as there will be up times & as long as you showed you were doing all the right things, that ws ok. Now, you can be sales person of the year & then have a bad three months...Read More
