My overall experience at Ideagen when they acquired our US Based SaaS software company was one of year one business as normal then year 2 cutting the comp plan by 30% and then year 3 another 20%. Moved all support departments to cheaper parts of the world killing customer success with the software experience. Leadership is looking to selling and take their payday
