Former Employee I would be very careful before you consider accepting any sales position in North America. The entire North American sales team is currently a disaster and has been struggling for the past year +. Ideagen has a growth by acquisition strategy and many times they acquire companies and don’t invest in the software/marketing after the purchase. The brand awareness for Ideagen is very poor outside of the UK/Europe This leaves US AEs with no leads and a dying product. They’ve spent some money developing the enterprise EHSQ product, but it’s a very competitive space that they’re a middle of the pack vendor in. Overall, the expectations here are very unrealistic. They are looking to sell in the very near future and the C-Suite wants to cash out and retire. Quotas/churn are high and people are constantly getting fired/quitting. Only 4/30 quota carrying reps in the US hit 100% of their quota in Q1. Morale in the sales department is very low and I’m not sure the people in charge will get this place to where it needs to be.
