Compensation is out of your control due to discounts given to corporate hospitals that create a headwind in your Territory Revenue Growth resulting in it neutralizing any net new business wins, which is demoralizing. There is minimal opportunity for growth unless you live near the headquarters in Maine. You have minimal control over the revenue growth in your territory, yet that is where 2/3 of your bonus comes from. If a hospital closes, you are responsible for making up that amount.
