Base comp is varied, based on current comp/experience (like $55k-$95k range). Good company to work for, but slowing industry has led to more micromanaging daily tasks.

There is minimal opportunity for growth unless you live near the headquarters in Maine. You have minimal control over the revenue growth in your territory, yet that is where 2/3 of your bonus comes from. If a hospital closes, you are responsible for making up that amount. That may be ok for a small town, but in a mid sized or large city, that is nearly impossible....Read More

Compensation is out of your control due to discounts given to corporate hospitals that create a headwind in your Territory Revenue Growth resulting in it neutralizing any net new business wins, which is demoralizing.
