Great product and engineering team. Sales however is a culture of micromanagement, poor hiring and talent retention, throwing reps under the bus. Many reps leaving due to favouritism

Illumio - like other companies in this (second) stage of growth - is doing the hard, often slow, work of building out the customer base by winning new enterprise customers. Cybersecurity is very complex, and the market is extremely crowded and "noisy". The core product is best of breed, it works, and provides value, and the company is innovating rapidly.
