I am shocked that an organization with lofty growth goals has such a poor commission structure. Your up front commission for a 5-year deal is 1/24 or 4.166% of the ACV. You get another 1/24 or 4.166% paid out monthly over months 13-60 of the contract. The average deal size is ~$20k/month or $240,000/year. Your commission on this would only be $10k. I am also extremely disappointed in the ethics and morals of the leadership team.
