Great trips and incentives, but go one month without hitting your number and you’re gone with no PIP. This is coming from a current employee who’s seen a few let go without warning or PIP.

A strong emphasis on training, enablement, and resourcing. A high onus on performance (no empty suits, everyone rolls the sleeves up). High-energy, hunger, and bold mission. Passionate leaders. Working through growth pains currently, and hope to see greater clarity in messaging and internal process.

It was a great job. I really wanted to stay in it long term but my sales manager's favoritism made it unbearable. My job was just to book meetings not be a product expert as they promised to help bring me help once I booked a meeting but when I saw others got help on meetings and I didn't I knew I couldn't afford to stay long term.
