Former Employee There are good training and learning opportunities at this company. But honestly, that’s about the only genuinely good thing to say about Impact Networking. Ownership is childish and thin-skinned. The culture is churn and burn. Work/life balance is poor. Compensation is not competitive. Their offerings are expensive, long-term, non-cancelable managed services agreements. These are difficult to sell and even harder to deliver. I ultimately do not recommend working here. When it comes to working at Impact, especially in sales, we do everything in our power to make sure our reps succeed. SDRs, managers, consultants, and our marketing/revenue operations teams are there to help our reps sell. Our solutions have a long-term commitment, but we are here to stick with our clients and help them achieve their business goals. As the company has gotten bigger, we've sold even larger deals, and it's becoming the norm!
We are wishing you the best in your future endeavors.
