One of the biggest challenges was the fact managers quotas do not equal the reps’ quota. My quota was $7k MRR per month. I had 2 teammates with the same quota and my managers quotas was $11k MRR

Solid culture and training. Great Managers. you typically have 6 mos with showing progression towards getting better then you're on hot seat. Tough aspect is you are starting from ground zero and having to book your own appts and meetings. Sales cycle is long, most reps don't touch a big deal till 6 to 10 mos in. My experience was terrible. Most reps quit or were fired in 6 months. Limited prospects to call due to territory. I know one person that had hit quota due to old sales that were up for renewal from an inherited territory. That same rep didn’t make a single net new sale for the year.
