My colleagues that started at InEvent with me were great, smart driven people that were super excited to nailed it! The problem is the leadership didn’t keep its promisses. They changed the commission structure just because we were making quite some commission. The leadership including the CEO was abusive, they exposed people during meetings, delayed salaries constantly without communicating or letting the employees know anything about it. They’re proud for being a inclusive company when they actually offshore workforce to cutt off costs. They had many good people and they were not able to retain.

Very good colleagues and a relatively fleshed out product. Apart from that, top management is awful, taking arbitrary decisions (both internal and licensing wise) every other week. Mid-management is always trying to keep spirits high, but there's always something around the corner that'll prevent them from doing that. I had 3 different managers myself.
