Aggressive, out-of-touch growth targets. No transparency around account-specific quotas. Very vague answers are given by SLT about how quota is calculated which is weird.

Great when I was there. Plenty of training. Learned a lot about cold calling and managing a book of business as well. Learned a lot from other co workers too.

Culture has disappeared. Underlying miserable vibe in office and among teams, especially since the layoffs.
