Culture has disappeared. Underlying miserable vibe in office and among teams, especially since the layoffs. Big gap between the end goals of sr leadership and the product Versus what clients want/what makes $$$. Success determined by the book of business you inherit. Day is hijacked by micromanagers. Stock holders are the highest consideration for parent company, making customers happy and keeping employees happy is not a concern at all.

My overall experience has been great, with great female managers. Morale currently is low due to layoffs a year ago, rising goals, slow hiring for other companies, and budget cuts.

Still a great product. Like all companies, Indeed is trying to figure out where to take the company in the age of AI. Unfortunately there have been layoffs for 3 years in a row.
