It was a good company with good people. Was there during the hyper growth Covid Times so not sure how my experience compares to normal markets but was a great experience.

Overall indeed is going through major changes from a leadership level to the products and technology itself. Not the best time to join the company unless you want an opportunity to get into sales. Then it’s a good stepping stone. Productivity KPIs have seemingly become more important then revenue in effort to show senior leadership “we are working”

The job is definitely not that hard so the compensation is great. However, the product doesnt work a lot of the time, churn is high, quotas are untenable, and it's just honestly a boring job to have.

Indeed was a great place to work if you want a steady easy paycheck with minimal chance for large commissions checks or forward movement. Culture was good not great, and the product fit is a little out dateded.
