Overall indeed is going through major changes from a leadership level to the products and technology itself. Not the best time to join the company unless you want an opportunity to get into sales. Then it’s a good stepping stone. Productivity KPIs have seemingly become more important then revenue in effort to show senior leadership “we are working”

My overall experience was that the pressure is quite high with poor management and leadership skills. The base comepensation is okish the bonus is very high compared to any other company in Dublin.

My overall experience with Indeed is favorable. They provide a great product with attainable goals on the CS side. The OTE isn't the best for CS reps.
