Great company, pays fairly well for the technicality of the sale but you can make more money is SaaS. Management dont really know whats going on at the moment. I think its become arder to sell indeed of later but the company arms us with great insights to combat the current market challenges.

Lots of leadership turnover in last 2 years and bad decisions made around product and assigned books of business. Success is a lot of luck in your assigned customers(no hunting) and who your manager is- you can really SINK or SWIM, not much in between.
