Indeed's culture is great. We have real potential in the marketplace if we execute innovative products, which has been a challenge. There is a lot of bureaucracy for a mid-size company.

My overall experience has been great, with great female managers. Morale currently is low due to layoffs a year ago, rising goals, slow hiring for other companies, and budget cuts.

Lots of leadership turnover in last 2 years and bad decisions made around product and assigned books of business. Success is a lot of luck in your assigned customers(no hunting) and who your manager is- you can really SINK or SWIM, not much in between. Indeed is an excellent place to launch a career in sales and offers a reliable comp package with a clear path to Senior AE. Beyond that, they fail to provide ample opportunity to learn and grow. I wouldn’t recommend staying there for more than 3 years as it is unlikely you’ll move into upper levels of the sales org. Strong product and good people/mission.
