WIth how the current economic landscape, it's been very challenging to say the least. Despite this and a very low base salary, the bonuses and multipliers, when you're hitting, make it worth staying here. Leadership and culture is pretty good within the sales org. I think the clicks back when we were in the office were pretty strong but the wfh culture has definitely changed that for the better. Diversity and Inclusion is strong in this company in addition to great benefits which is another reason alot of people like working for Indeed. It definitely isn't perfect but it's been the best company I've worked for.

Was there for 5 ears before getting laid off. Total comp was very fair and work wasn't insane. I was in new logo though and felt overall it was a good place to work.

This is not a sales company. It's also not a tech company. Let's be honest - the reps here are just farmers sitting on existing accounts. You succeed because of your accounts, not because of your skill. I've seen the best reps get managed out because they had a bad book of business.
