A relatively demanding sales position. SLT has continually moved the goalposts on IC KPIs — hitting quota is no longer “good enough”. Recent leadership change has also created some uncertainty in the workforce but there is an apparent plan for the future which should ideally lead to a complete reworking of the platform & in turn Indeed’s competitiveness in the market. I would recommend but, be prepared to put the work in.

Lots of leadership turnover in last 2 years and bad decisions made around product and assigned books of business. Success is a lot of luck in your assigned customers(no hunting) and who your manager is- you can really SINK or SWIM, not much in between.
