A lot of micro-managing at the moment which is not great. Some new products are being launched which is good but overall org is not optimistic and people are burnt out.

WIth how the current economic landscape, it's been very challenging to say the least. Despite this and a very low base salary, the bonuses and multipliers, when you're hitting, make it worth staying here. Leadership and culture is pretty good within the sales org. My overall experience is great. Indeed is removing some perks as WFH allowance, same days off, etc, still is a great company to work and in some markets pays above the average.
