Current Employee3.4May 29, 2025Overall Indeed is a great place to work. Work/life balance is great, but learning and development could be better. Comp could be better. No matter what segment you are in, pay is the same, and you could get better pay in MM or lower as compared to Enterprise

They collect info from employers and job seekers as a business and take the best offerings and apply them internally. Downside is average deal size and the ceiling from a sales perspective.
