Overall Indeed is a great place to work. Work/life balance is great, but learning and development could be better. Comp could be better. No matter what segment you are in, pay is the same, and you could get better pay in MM or lower as compared to Enterprise

KPI focused sales org where if you are hitting your “impact coverage” number you are doing your job. There is a lot out of your control when it comes to revenue but the expectation is to grow your closed book of existing accounts every quarter which can be a challenge. If you crush it during peak hiring seasons, it’s can be very challenging to grow your book again...Read More

Good company with strong culture and solid leadership. Excellent place to learn and develop as a salesperson. However, earning potential and deal opportunities have decreased recently, making it harder to reach previous levels of success and incentive achievement.
