The economy has improved in the last few years compared to the last time that I did my review. There was some concerns of a recession and now that that’s been avoided, more companies are optimistic and are looking to hire. This directly impacts Indeed’s business because employers are their customers. Despite job seeker traffic remaining at an all time high, there must be a balance in order for indeed to succeed long term and for reps to consistently hit quota.

My overall experience is not bad, but targets are to high for small business owners who barley have money, making 80 dials a day, and as many sales as possible, accounts are none spenders for years, rotating reps every 14 days for accounts, which makes them not happy as we keep calling and re-selling.

Layoffs in March 2023 destroyed morale but thankfully woke up most people to the fact that this is just a job and company like any other; for many this awakening was actually traumatic.
