Compensation trajectory is more capped than at other businesses, but certainly room to grow within the organization if you're a top performer.

In my experience, 2019 - 2022 could best be described as “a rising tide lifts all boats” much of it was too good to be true (+$200K a year was common), but in 2023, the tide went back...Read More
