Current Employee Lots of turnover in leadership over last few years. Quota is very manageable and leadership will give relief in tough quarters where they mis-forecasted. Indeed won't be going anywhere soon, but is at risk from the changes in the market. The people are great, but in managing the same accounts, conversations can become quite repetitive and there aren't enough new accounts/leads coming into the book.
In-office days have catered lunch, and overall very chill. Many long-term employees.
