Going downhill, not adapting fast enough. Pay is good but can get more elsewhere. Hard to hit quotas that make living off lower than average base pay difficult.

Aggressive, out-of-touch growth targets. No transparency around account-specific quotas. Very vague answers are given by SLT about how quota is calculated which is weird.
