Current Employee Indeed is a good company whose recently come up on rough times the past couple of years. While layoffs would be easy as a signifier it’s less significant when the entire market is participating. What is really a notable knock is the lack in product innovation. We have been repackaging the same 6 products for the past several years and recently had a very public failure to bring a new business model to market. PIP culture which used to be more ambiguous is much more prevalent. This being said we are a market leader in TA, we get our clients results and some recent product changes show we may be heading in the correct direction again.
