Still a great product. Like all companies, Indeed is trying to figure out where to take the company in the age of AI. Unfortunately there have been layoffs for 3 years in a row.

The job is definitely not that hard so the compensation is great. However, the product doesnt work a lot of the time, churn is high, quotas are untenable, and it's just honestly a boring job to have.

Great company and there was some great years filled with innovation, fun & lucrative career. It is now past those years but lot of smart driven people at the company.
