My overall experience was a great team with a great director. Segment included closing new business and winning back dark accounts. Base pay was low, but the multipliers (pre recent change) and uncapped bonuses made up for it as long as you exceeded quota. Quotas were typically unclear and rarely received new leads, but if you were able to penetrate the client list most of the quotas were fairly attainable. We had plenty of resources to help us get clients interested to talk as well.

Used to be great, is still pretty good, but after layoffs in consecutive years job security definitely doesn't feel the way it used to.

Still a great product. Like all companies, Indeed is trying to figure out where to take the company in the age of AI. Unfortunately there have been layoffs for 3 years in a row.
