Benefits, PTO, and network of excellent peers is what keeps me here. The sales department is continually getting worse, with expectations rapidly increasing and compensation decreasing due to quota numbers not being remotely attainable.

Used to be great place to work, culture, product, benefits, clear and affective SLT communication, go to market and road map to future development. Since last year things got a lot confused, after the layoff it was never the same again and many are disangaged with the management and the company mission. Stress levels raised with targets and unrealistic expectations.

decent bonus and is uncapped when you go SR AE. Bonuses are lucrative but unrealistic goals from leadership. base salary is a joke. great benefits

Great company to work for! Could not ask for better culture, benefits, and work life balance. They collect info from employers and job seekers as a business and take the best offerings and apply them internally. Downside is average deal size and the ceiling from a sales perspective.
