Former Employee2.6Sep 24, 2025Over the past few years, the culture at Infobip has unfortunately deteriorated. Leadership seems increasingly disconnected from employees’ real challenges and pain points. There’s a noticeable lack of clear direction and authentic leadership, and internal politics often take precedence over collaboration and transparency.

Current Employee3.1Mar 1, 2024My overall experience was that the company has a problem of product/market fit and a management that is not able to rule the company future properly. Base compensation is ok but incentives are messy, probably because the difficulty to sell and to earn money to the company.
