Former Employee Over the past few years, the culture at Infobip has unfortunately deteriorated. Leadership seems increasingly disconnected from employees’ real challenges and pain points. There’s a noticeable lack of clear direction and authentic leadership, and internal politics often take precedence over collaboration and transparency.
