Started out great, but in January 20 24, they laid off a bunch of critical leadership and it’s been a mess ever since. Now that salesforce has announced the acquisition were being micromanaged to a point where I’m spending eight hours a week updated and spreadsheets and PowerPoint and doing multiple QBR’s at the end of quarters. It’s complete madness.

Overall very solid sales organisation with good management and comp. Like everywhere there are improvement potentials (upward mobility, sales training…) but its a great experience at Informatica
