Strong overall market fit as Informatica is Gartner leader in numerous Data Management Magic Quadrants. Heavy legacy on-premise PowerCenter customer base to churn over to cloud where lots of companies have made alternate moves with ecosystems or niche vendors. Comp plan continues to deteriorate in terms of multipliers but overall quota pretty static.

Great company - best secret for making money in software. Its data management platform sale and all CDOs want to reduce their architecture complexity with increased complexity in number of data projects and data volumes. We don’t have competitors that have a platform, and gartner has rated us upper right in every major category.
