Strong overall market fit as Informatica is Gartner leader in numerous Data Management Magic Quadrants. Heavy legacy on-premise PowerCenter customer base to churn over to cloud where lots of companies have made alternate moves with ecosystems or niche vendors. Comp plan continues to deteriorate in terms of multipliers but overall quota pretty static.

It’s changed a lot over the past few years.. internally and externally from demand perspective. This could be from strength of competitors and/or ecosystems.
